Solas SL008 Yamaha Impeller Seal | 20mm Driveshaft Rubber Nose Seal
The Solas SL008 Impeller Seal is a genuine replacement rubber nose seal designed for Yamaha personal watercraft utilizing 144mm and select 140mm jet pump systems with a 20mm driveshaft. This precision-molded seal installs in the front of compatible impellers to improve water flow through the pump, reduce turbulence, and maintain maximum pump efficiency.
The SL008 is commonly used with Impros Hooker impellers, Solas YB and YD series impellers, and many Skat-Trak Yamaha performance impellers. Proper impeller seal fitment is critical for maintaining optimal acceleration, hook-up, throttle response, and overall jet pump performance.
Manufactured from durable marine-grade rubber, the SL008 provides excellent resistance to water, fuel, oil, and harsh marine environments. While this seal is included with many new impellers, it is also available separately as a replacement for worn, damaged, or missing seals.
