Rocked
First, let us introduce you to “Rocked”, the primary service Impros offers in professional impeller repair. Whether the impeller has incurred damage, caused by ingesting rocks or debris (which can severely decrease the crafts performance), or it simply needs some professional fine-tuning, our “Rocked” service is the answer.
We offer two levels of “Rocked” repair service.
-
Stage One
Includes a “Blade spec restoration” feature at a very reasonable price. It consists of repairing minor leading and trailing edge damage, when no welding is required.
Like all of our impeller jobs, it is treated with our “Race tolerance” blade profile along with our “Recreational” finish.
Most damaged impellers sent to Impros for repair only need this service, because even the slightest visual damage to an impeller causes substantial changes in the watercrafts performance.
We charge $85.00 for each “Stage 1” Rocked impeller service.
• If you would like our “Race” finish applied, add $90.00 to the price of each impeller.
• Pitch modifications added to each repair is an additional $65.00.
• 4-Blade charge- $25.00
-
Stage Two
Is also a “Blade spec restoration” service, but applied to impellers that require non-outside diameter welding, like damaged leading/trailing edges and gouged blades. The impeller is also treated with extra care in the blueprinting and balancing process. Each Stage 2 service is treated with our “Race Tolerance” blade profile and our “Recreational” finish.
Note: Impeller mod prices are based on a “clean”, undamaged impeller used to modify. Damaged impellers sent in for repitching would fall under the applicable repair category, with a $55.00 pitch modification fee added. See below.
We recommend Stage 2 because the extra time and care taken in balancing and blueprinting the impeller results in superior performance.
• We charge $105.00 for each “Stage 2” Rocked impeller service
• If you would like our “Race” finish applied, add $90.00 to the price of each impeller.
• Pitch modifications added to each repair is an additional $65.00.
• 4-Blade charge- $20.00
The Worx
“The Worx” impeller service is a Stage 1 and 2 repair, in addition to welding and machining a worn impellers outside diameter back to size, (typical with pumps utilizing stainless steel wear-rings), welding damaged leading/trailing edges, blueprinting the outer blade angles to spec, balancing, and sharpening .
All impellers getting “The Worx” will be machined to fit the OEM size of the pump at a very close tolerance, developed with the hard-core rider in mind, and anyone who is meticulous about their PWC’s performance.
Each “Worx” service is treated with our “Race Tolerance” blade profile and our “Recreational” finish.
- We charge $135.00 for each impeller getting “The Worx” repair service.
- If you would like our “Race” finish applied, add $90.00 to the price of each impeller service.
- Pitch modifications added to each repair are an additional $65.00
- 4-Blade charge – $25.00
Note: Prices stated are general and may vary slightly on certain impeller repairs.
