Refund and Returns Policy

IMPROS, LLC Return Policy

All returns of unopened and unmodified/stock product(s) must be approved via email im****@im****.com up to 30 days from purchase to receive RMA#.

Return will be inspected for consideration of a refund. Once approved, customer will receive a refund of the price of the product(s) paid at the time of purchase. Return may be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping cost both ways.

Please include RMA# of LAST NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
