Most of the products Impros handles can be shipped by UPS using any of their available shipping methods. Delivery of normal ground shipments will take from 1-10 days depending on your location. Some of the items in this catalog are considered UPS oversize or UPS overweight. These items have an additional $10.50 charge for shipping above and beyond the standard rate to ship that item.
If you would like your shipment to be shipped Next Day, Second Day or 3 Day, make this request at the time you place your order. These options are available at an additional charge. Your sales representative will give you a customized quote to let you know what the total shipping will be. Express delivery must be paid for by credit card. Truck freight items cannot be express delivered. Online customer please email or call for express shipping options/costs.
Some products are too large for UPS and must be delivered by truck (Multiple PWC shop carts, etc...). All orders requiring delivery by truck must be pre-paid. Prices for delivery will vary depending on the area of the country you live in. You must call and speak to a sales representative to get a shipping quote for your order.
When you receive your order, thoroughly inspect it to insure all the parts shipped to you have been received and are in good condition. If you are missing any items check your invoice to be sure that these items were indeed shipped and are not on back-order status. If a shortage has occurred, contact Impros immediately to insure prompt replacement. If an item is received but is damaged, see "Damaged Merchandise" below.
It is important to inspect the condition of your package at the time of delivery with the delivery person still present. If the package appears damaged, open and inspect the contents with the delivery person. If your delivery is damaged make sure your delivery person notes this on his/her delivery sheet. Immediately contact UPS or the trucking company that delivered the merchandise and Impros. The carrier will also contact Impros so that the merchandise can be replaced and a claim can be initiated. In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise where the damage was concealed, contact Impros immediately. We can then arrange for return and replacement of the damaged merchandise and file a claim with the carrier. You must inspect your shipment promptly upon receipt as Impros will not honor a damage claim after 15 days from the date of shipping.

Returns & Replacements
Impros guarantees all the merchandise in this catalog to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Impros will work with the manufacture, and if the part is found defective by fault of the manufacture, we will replace any defective products. If you have received a defective part we ask that you contact Impros within 15 days of receiving that item. Refunds or Credits created for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have received a product and you are simply unsatisfied, contact Impros, we will give you a number authorizing you to return the item. Each returned item must be in or accompanied by its' original packaging and be in unused condition. Be sure to package return merchandise equal to or better than you received it. Damaged returns will be refused at Impros and delivered back to you. All returns sent by C.O.D. will be refused at the time of delivery to Impros. Returned products will be processed faster if accompanied by the invoice they appear on.
Impros' online catalog and ordering are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and PayPal for online orders. Impros sales representatives are available to answer your questions and take orders for merchandise 5 days a week. Impros accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal or UPS C.O.D. as methods of payment when placing phone orders. Impros order desk is open from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, PST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
ORDER BY MAIL
When ordering by mail, simply fill out the order form provided. Money orders, Cashiers checks, Personal checks and Charge cards (see "Payment Methods") are accepted as methods of payment. No C.O.D. will be accepted for mail-in orders. When paying by Charge card Impros suggests that you FAX your order for faster service.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Impros accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal. When placing your credit card order by mail please be sure to include your card number, expiration date, the card Verification code on back, your name as it appears on the card, your daytime phone number and your credit cards billing address. If you are placing a credit card order by phone please have your card available.
MONEY ORDERS, CASHIERS CHECKS & PERSONAL CHECKS
Impros places a 15 day hold pending check clearance on all orders paid for by personal check, or non-approved business check. Paying for your mail-in order by Money Order or Cashiers Check will insure that your order will not be held 15 days.
UPS CASH ON DELIVERY
Impros also accepts UPS C.O.D. orders when placed by phone and at our website. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted if placed by mail. C.O.D. is only applicable to orders shipped by ground within the continental USA. C.O.D. orders must be paid by cashiers check or money order. UPS no longer accepts cash (actual bills) for C.O.D. orders. No personal checks will be accepted. An additional charge of $10.00 will be added for each box delivered with your C.O.D. shipment (UPS charges that to us, so we must pass the fee on to you). All C.O.D. orders must be shipped to a residential or business street address, UPS cannot deliver C.O.D. to a P.O. box. Someone needs to be available to accept delivery of the package(s) during UPS delivery hours. If there is no one to accept the delivery or you are not prepared to pay for the shipment, the delivery will be returned to Impros. Impros will no longer be able to accept C.O.D. as a method of payment for your shipments.
